Jenifer has had a distinguished career of over 25 years at the Central Bank where she interacted with senior government
ministers, senior officials of the IMF and World Bank and other international financial institutions.
She spent 9 years with the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange and worked with Citibank (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited
and the Divestment Secretariat, Ministry of Finance. At the Ministry she worked with the various high-level
officials involved in major projects being undertaken by the State.
